In the event a product is returned for convenience, (you don't like it, or it does not fit your needs, etc), we will issue a credit once the item(s) are returned to us in the original, undamaged condition, suitable for resale, within the first thirty days after purchase. If items you purchased were shipped to you with free shipping, the credit or refund will be issued for the original purchase price, less a 20% re-stocking fee for the cost of we incurred for shipping to you. If an item is returned to us and is damaged or not able to be resold in new condition, you will not be able to receive a refund. We encourage you to review our descriptions carefully and ask us questions about our products before making a purchase. After the 30 day period has passed, we do not accept returns for convenience.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from receipt of the product or 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
